Jedd Fisch and his staff got some more good news today when Cameron Broussard, a transfer safety from Sacramento State, committed to UW after visiting this a few weekends ago. He has one year of eligibility remaining.

Broussard, who was rated as a three-star defensive back in the 2020 class out of Folsom HS, CA, was being heavily pursued by Michigan out of the portal. He appeared in 10 games mostly as a reserve in 2021 before starting the majority of the games at strong safety for Sac State over the past 2 seasons.
